Terminate accounts that repeatedly upload prohibited content

5. Intellectual Property

Uploaded images are temporarily stored for story generation and are deleted after processing

Users can request deletion of their generated content or deleting a storybook will remove all uploaded and generated images

7. Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

makestorybook does not guarantee the creativity, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated stories
Users understand that AI-generated content may contain unexpected or imperfect elements

7.3 Liability Limitation

makestorybook shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Service use

8. Pricing and Payments

Pricing and features are subject to change
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers (Stripe)

8.2 Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of makestorybook
Refunds for credits can be requested if users encounter issues with the Service such as results of the generated story.
